Product Marketing Manager · Cloud, AI & Enterprise SaaS
I’m a product marketer based in San Francisco with 7+ years of experience across B2B SaaS, cloud, and AI.
My work has included product launches, customer stories, sales enablement, partner programs, and adoption planning at ManyChat, Glia, and AWS, where I supported Amazon SES, Amazon Pinpoint (later AWS End User Messaging), AWS Wickr, and Amazon WorkSpaces.
Launches, adoption programs, customer stories, and event programming.

Explore the project →For an AI observability startup preparing to exit stealth and raise its seed round, I conducted competitive analysis and market research to shape positioning and go-to-market strategy.
I shaped strategy across two re:Invent cycles, AWS Summits, and third-party events for Amazon SES, Amazon Pinpoint (later AWS End User Messaging), AWS Wickr, and Amazon WorkSpaces—connecting product priorities with customer speakers, partner activation, booth messaging, and executive meetings.
I helped launch ManyChat’s third-party App Store and expand its agency partner ecosystem, building partner enablement, customer advocacy, and community programs informed by firsthand customer experience.
My first marketing work at ManyChat was with customers and partners: helping agencies, developers, and businesses get more from a messaging automation platform. As the company grew, I moved into product marketing and brought that customer perspective with me.
Since then, I’ve worked on secure customer service and conversational AI for financial institutions at Glia, researched the market for an AI observability startup, and served as a Product Marketing Manager at AWS across Amazon SES, Amazon Pinpoint (later AWS End User Messaging), AWS Wickr, and Amazon WorkSpaces, including AI agents.
Each move changed how I worked: at a smaller company, I built programs, customer education, and partner processes from the ground up, while in a global organization, I coordinated Product, Sales, partners, field teams, and customers around shared priorities, launch decisions, and the materials required to bring a product to market. I am comfortable in both environments and stay close enough to the work to understand what customers, partners, and customer-facing teams need in order to adopt a product successfully.
I am based in San Francisco, California, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University in 2015. I also hold PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute, earned in 2023.
