01 / CONTEXT

The customer problem.

Secure Conversations connects asynchronous secure messaging with real-time digital customer service, helping financial institutions support customers across different interaction needs.

02 / OWNERSHIP

My contribution.

I led the Secure Conversations launch in April 2023, including the go-to-market overview, sales and training materials, and collaboration on web, video, ebook, and blog content. Across my Glia role, I also developed adoption programs and product training and partnered with Product and Sales on customer insights, pricing and packaging, commercialization strategy, and field readiness.

03 / PROJECT APPROACH

Strategy, execution, and results.

Strategy

Connect secure messaging to customer-service continuity and convenience for financial institutions, rather than positioning it as a standalone feature.

Execution

I owned the launch overview, sales and training materials, and cross-functional development of web, video, ebook, and blog content; I also partnered on adoption programs, pricing and packaging, and field readiness.

Results

The launch contributed to new revenue and upsell activity, while ongoing enablement and newsletter programs improved product adoption. Specific figures are confidential.
