01 / CONTEXT

The customer problem.

Businesses use WhatsApp for notifications, reminders, updates, and conversational engagement. AWS End User Messaging brings these use cases into its enterprise messaging offering.

02 / OWNERSHIP

My contribution.

I led the WhatsApp messaging launch at AWS. As primary PMM across AWS messaging and secure collaboration products, I owned positioning, launches, sales enablement, customer and competitive insights, and repeatable PMM processes across the products I supported.

  • WhatsApp product launch
  • Product marketing across the AWS messaging portfolio
  • Customer use-case messaging and field readiness within my broader remit
