Strategy
Make secure collaboration tangible through user education and customer stories instead of relying on security claims alone.
I built user enablement materials for the Army Wickr initiative and led video and customer story projects for AWS Wickr.
The U.S. Army reported on January 28, 2026 that it was nearing 100,000 registered Wickr users as the secure communications platform expanded across the force. My contribution to the initiative was building user enablement materials. Separately, my Wickr storytelling work included Focal Forensics, which uses the service for sensitive communications and file sharing.
I contributed to the Army Wickr initiative by building user enablement materials. I also led two Wickr video projects and the Focal Forensics customer case study as part of my broader product marketing work across positioning, launches, sales enablement, and customer references.
