I'm a Product Marketing Manager with 6+ years of product and marketing experience helping B2B companies grow and take over their markets. I've worked at multiple different stage start-ups over the course of my career at Glia and ManyChat. During my time at ManyChat, I helped the company gain profitability and raise a $18 million in Series A funding. My product marketing expertise includes complex pricing exercises, market research/intelligence, building expansive sales enablement material, and taking technical feature launches to market.

Prior to working in Product Marketing, my focus was in Partner Marketing and Customer Success, where I executed projects related to increasing product adoption, decreasing net churn, building a thriving community of 3rd party resellers and affiliates, supporting sales, and onboarding customers.

My background includes working at companies across the MarTech, health, and FinTech spaces and I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Supply Chain Operations/Management.

Values:

Simplify but don't go overboard. Product Managers will give complex products to launch, simplify the launch into the customer's language but don't skip over the complexities that are needed to be understood.
Equally weigh the qualitative (customer interviews, research, etc) and the quantitative information (analytics) when making strategic decisions.
Become the product expert. Make it known for all customer-facing teams who to go to for product questions.
Connect everything back to revenue, churn and adoption.

Glia Secure Conversations

Launched Glia's Secure Conversations product onto market in April 2023, contributing to an 5% initial increase in revenue and upsells.

ManyChat WhatsApp Launch

Led the launch ManyChat's WhatsApp product onto market in May 2022. With this launch, we focused on expansion opportunities in LATAM and Brazil.

Pieces of content and enablement work that I led the creation of includes the ManyChat-WhatsApp product page and the announcement article. I also guided the authorship of A-Z set-up guide and helped with the creation of this how-to video, with the help of my amazing peers.

ManyChat Buy Button Launch

I was in charge the launch of a feature known as the Buy Button, which allows customers to buy directly within a Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM conversation with a business, brand, person.

This deck gives a good overview of the Buy Button launch and all the assets that were made for this launch. Pieces of enablement and content that were built for this launch included are this article and video that I led the creation of with the ManyChat team.

ManyChat CTX ads - Meta Partnership

Was the partnerships manager with the team over at Meta. One of the projects we worked together on is the launch of the CTX ads integration between ManyChat and Meta. In the campaign, we focused the attention on one of our best eCommerce customers - BBLittles. I led the initiative to get their story and ManyChat highlighted within the Meta website for all large brand accounts to see. Examples of the work that was created include the CTX ads webpage on the ManyChat website and the CTX case study on Meta's business website.

ManyChat Webinar - Automating Lead generation with ManyChat

This webinar was for prospective enterprise customers in Europe. We focus on the basics of ManyChat and how to automate leads generation, one of ManyChat's core use cases. This webinar led to an increase of revenue from new accounts in Europe
